You fill it with hot water until it runs out, then wait 45 min and add more hot water to get it full enough, so don't be expecting a quick soak. The jacuzzi tub in the room is nice, but the hot water heater doesn't have enough water to fill the tub over the jets in one run. The shower door doesn't close so there's water everywhere after a shower. There's huge dust bunnies behind every door, and corner. Our room is nice, but desperately needs a good cleaning. You usually can't connect or if you are, you get booted off every 10 min. I'm sure they aren't a herd of elephants, but that is about how they sound. It has pretty scenery and it was really quiet. i was initially overjoyed when I came to this hotel.

We would stay here again when visiting Vegas, but would request a second floor unit. We also had a room right by the reception and pool area so it was noisy in general. When they drained their hot tub, or walked around in the middle of the night, it was loud enough to wake you up. The soundproofing really should be improved. We were in a first floor room and the noise from the upstairs unit was loud. The bedrooms should have drapes to allow the guest to block out the light while sleeping. The window in the bedroom had outside light shining through it all night even with the blinds fully closed.

There are blinds on the windows instead of black out drapes. We did have a couple of negatives about the room. All the employees we saw on the property were friendly and professional. We were introduced to the time share sales associate and told her we were not interested and we were not bothered again.

We were here for only two nights so we did not have the time to take full advantage of the kitchen, BBQ’s and activities throughout the property. It is a guard gated resort so only guests are allowed in. It is located off the strip, but was convenient to all the places we wanted to go. The bed and pillows were both extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished and contained everything you would need during your stay. The grounds are very well kept and are pleasing to look at. It had a much better feeling than staying in a large hotel. Beautiful resort set in a condo community.
